A neighbourhood Punjabi kitchen
Desi Hood started with one simple idea: cook the way food is cooked at home in Punjab. Masalas ground fresh, daal left to slow cook, sabji made in small batches and breads rolled to order.
Whether it is a family dinner, a plate of chaat after work or a tiffin picked up on the way to a long haul, you get generous portions and honest home style flavour.
